On November 18, at London Global Cancer Week (LGCW) 2021, the India team of the Innovation for Cancer Care in Africa project (ICCA) presented the context of the India economics and policy research and the need to discard the metaphor of the so-called “War on Cancer”. The panel that followed included cancer specialists of different stripes and a clear emphasis on the need for multidisciplinary teams and frameworks.
